Service Restored : Investigating Exchange Issue

Service Restored:  Synoptek is monitoring the health of the Exchange environment but at this time service has returned to normal. Synoptek is aware of an issue that may be impacting some of our PPC Hosted Exchange customers. We are currently investigating this issue.

Password Resets

We are aware of a current issue preventing users from resetting their password with less than 15 characters. Synoptek is actively investigating this issue, we do not currently have an ETA on resolution. Please check back for available updates.
