What is happening?

Synoptek messaging engineers will be applying the latest Windows Updates to the PayPerCloud Hosted Exchange environment.

When is it happening?

The maintenance windows begins at 11:00pm PT on Thursday, August 7th and ends by 3:00am PT Friday, August 8th.

Who will it impact?

Due to redundancies built into the PPC HEX environment, no customer impact is expected. However, it is possible that customers could see disconnects and brief email delays.

Why is this change important?

To ensure the Exchange environment is up to date on critical and security patches.
