What is Happening?
Synoptek will be conducting network maintenance to decommission a piece of routing gear in our NAP7 data center and will be transitioning this functionality to a newer device.
When is it happening?
Maintenance window will be from Wednesday March 13th @ 12 AM PDT until 2 AM PDT
Who will it impact?
This will impact all Hosted Exchange customers and access to your mailbox may be unavailable during this time. All email will queue and be delivered after maintenance is complete.
Why is this change important?
This change is being conducted to maintain network health and overall performance and stability of the infrastructure.
