SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE – PayPerCloud Hosted Exchange – August 15th 2019

What is Happening?

Synoptek will be conducting routine Exchange Server maintenance.

When is it happening?

Maintenance window will begin Thursday  August 15th @ 10PM PDT  and will end Friday Aug 16th 3AM PDT

Who will it impact?

This will impact all Hosted Exchange customers and  while we do not anticipate any downtime access to your mailbox may be unavailable during periods of this window. All email will queue and be delivered after maintenance is complete.

Why is this change important?

This change is being conducted to maintain server health and security.
