SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE – PayPerCloud Hosted Exchange – August 15th 2019

What is Happening?

Synoptek will be conducting routine Exchange Server maintenance.

When is it happening?

Maintenance window will begin Thursday  August 15th @ 10PM PDT  and will end Friday Aug 16th 3AM PDT

Who will it impact?

This will impact all Hosted Exchange customers and  while we do not anticipate any downtime access to your mailbox may be unavailable during periods of this window. All email will queue and be delivered after maintenance is complete.

Why is this change important?

This change is being conducted to maintain server health and security.

Maintenance window will be from Tuesday  March 26th @ 7PM PDT until 9:30 PM PDT

Who will it impact?

This will impact all Hosted Exchange customers and access to your mailbox may be unavailable during this time. All email will queue and be delivered after maintenance is complete.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE – PayPerCloud Hosted Exchange DataCenter – March 13th 2019 12:00 AM PDT to 02:00 AM PDT

What is Happening?

Synoptek will be conducting network maintenance to decommission a piece of routing gear in our NAP7 data center and will be transitioning this functionality to a newer device.

When is it happening?

Maintenance window will be from Wednesday March 13th @ 12 AM PDT until 2 AM PDT

Who will it impact?

This will impact all Hosted Exchange customers and access to your mailbox may be unavailable during this time. All email will queue and be delivered after maintenance is complete.

Why is this change important?

This change is being conducted to maintain network health and overall performance and stability of the infrastructure.

Password Resets

We are aware of a current issue preventing users from resetting their password with less than 15 characters. Synoptek is actively investigating this issue, we do not currently have an ETA on resolution. Please check back for available updates.

Services Restored

Service has been restored. A network issue in the data center caused connectivity problems. Inbound mail was queued during this time and is being delivered. If you have any further issues, please contact us at 877.796.2316 or customersupport@synoptek.com.
